Chamomile can be used to make infused oils for salves, lotions,use in teas, Lip balms, and other cosmetic tonics.
Excellent herb for many digestive disorders, nervous tension, and irratability.
Aids in releif of pre-menstral syndrome, while also relieving emotional symptoms.
Chamomile helps releive eye strain.
Use in Teas: Chamomile has a mild flavor that blends well with citrusy, floral, or mint -flavored herbs. Slightly bitter taste reminiscent of apples.
Chamomile can be used as an infusion, Ointment, or tincture.
